These terms apply to firstclasscontractors.com and to the websites owned by First Class Contractors ("FCC", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

What we do

FCC owns and operates specialist service brands across South Florida. Our brand sites let people request quotes for specialist services, and each request goes to the partner contractor for that service and area.

Providers are independent

• Providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents.
• Any quote, contract, price, warranty or payment for work is between you and the provider.
• Before you hire anyone, check their licence, insurance and permits for the job yourself.
• We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, accept your job, or complete it to any standard.

Information on our sites

We aim to keep cost ranges, rules and permit guidance accurate and sourced, but the information is general. It is not legal, engineering, medical or financial advice, and rules and prices change. Check with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you act on it.

Contractor applications

Applying for leads is free and does not create an agreement. We decide which applications to accept. Any trial or paid arrangement for leads is set out in a separate written agreement. We do not promise any number or value of leads.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, other people's details without their permission, spam or harmful code, and do not try to disrupt or copy our sites at scale.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our sites are provided as they are, and FCC is not liable for any loss arising from work done by a provider, from your use of information on our sites, or from a site being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
