This policy explains how First Class Contractors ("FCC", "we", "us") handles personal information collected on firstclasscontractors.com and on the websites we own: South Florida Site Work, Miami Septic Pros, Helm & Hull Detailing, SoFlo Marine Construction, Condo Safety Florida and Florida Home Mobility (together, our "sites").

Who we are

FCC owns and operates specialist service brands across South Florida. You can reach us at support@firstclasscontractors.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests on our sites: your name, phone number, email, city or zip code, details of the job, budget and timeline, any files you send, and whether you checked the call and text consent box.
• Contractor applications on this site: company name, contact name, email, phone, trades, counties or zip codes served, licence number and website if given, your message, and whether you checked the call and text consent box.
• Emails and calls: messages you send to us and, on sites with a tracked phone number, call records. Calls may be recorded after a recording notice.
• Technical data: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign tags in the link, browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address used to prevent spam.

How we use it

• To pass your quote request to the partner contractor for your service and area.
• To reply to contractor applications and manage the job requests we send to partner contractors.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep our sites working.
• To measure how our sites perform, using counts and trends rather than individual profiles.

Who we share it with

• One matched provider. A quote request is shared with the one provider matched to it, so they can contact you about your project.
• Service providers that host our sites and data, deliver email and text messages, and route calls, under their own terms and only to provide those services.
• Anonymised reports. When we show providers how a site performs, we remove names, phone numbers, emails and street addresses. Only the city or zip code remains.
• Legal reasons, where the law requires it.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we, and on a quote request the one provider matched to your request, may call and text you at the number you gave, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase anything. Msg and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our texts.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Some of our brand sites use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that may set cookies to count visits.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and applications for as long as we need them to manage leads, resolve questions and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing support@firstclasscontractors.com. We may need to confirm who you are first.

Children

Our sites are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
