For contractors

Project requests and full bid packages for licensed South Florida contractors.

If we texted or emailed you about pricing a package, this page explains who we are and how it works. Pricing is free. Client details and the full plans come by email once you sign a short one-page agreement.

Who we are

The company behind six South Florida service brands.

First Class Contractors owns and operates specialist service brands across South Florida, each focused on one trade. Property owners, builders, general contractors and property managers send their project requests to these brands.

We do not send crews. When a request needs a licensed local contractor, we split it into trade packages and bring each package to contractors who do that work in that area. You may hear from us as one of the brands, for example South Florida Site Work, and from Lubosi Kongwa, who runs the company.

How it works

Five steps, from first message to a priced package.

Every project is handled the same way, so you always know what comes next and nothing about the client is shared until the agreement is signed.

  1. We send a short summary

The trade package to price, the area, the size of the job and the pricing deadline. No client name or address at this stage.

  2. You reply if you want to price it

Reply to the text or email. If we texted you, include the best email for the paperwork.

  3. You sign a one-page agreement online

A short referral, confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement. It keeps the client's details confidential, confirms the introduction came through us, and sets out the referral fee, which is due only if you are awarded the work.

  4. We email the client details and the full plans

The plans, quantities and bid documents for your package, usually the same day you sign.

  5. You price your package by the deadline

Line items where the client asks for them. We put the pricing in front of the client and name your company as the licensed contractor for that package. If the client goes ahead, you agree the contract and do the work.

What we look for

Contractors clients can rely on.

  • Licensed for the trade in Florida, with the licence holder able to sign for the work.
  • Insured for the work you price, with certificates available when a client asks.
  • Responsive: a reply within one business day, and pricing in by the deadline or a heads-up if you cannot make it.
  • Clear pricing: inclusions, exclusions and line items, so the client can compare like with like.

What we never do

Straightforward from the first message.

  • We never charge you to see or price a project.
  • We never share a client's details before the agreement is signed, and we never share yours with other contractors.
  • We text from one number. Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again; reply HELP for help.
  • We name your company to the client as the licensed contractor for your package. We never present your work as ours.

Questions

Questions contractors ask us.

Does it cost anything to price a job?

No. Pricing a package is free and does not commit you to anything.

When is a fee due?

Only if you are awarded the work. The referral fee and when it is paid are set out in the one-page agreement, which you can read in full before you sign.

Why sign before I see the client's details?

The agreement keeps the client's details confidential and confirms the introduction came through us. Once it is signed, we email the client details, the full plans and the bid documents.

Can I price more than one package?

Yes. Tell us which parts of the scope you cover and we will send those packages too. One agreement covers the project.

What if I cannot make the deadline?

Tell us as early as you can. A late price is sometimes still useful, and we would rather know than wait.

How did you get my number?

From your public business listing or website, because your company lists the trade the project needs in the area. Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again.

Can I get ongoing work in my trade and area?

Yes. Our brands also take on partner contractors by trade and zip code. Apply to partner with our brands and we will reply about availability.
